IONA Hospitality has agreed a lease and full development of Novotel Tirana Centre, a 109-room hotel in the centre of Tirana. IONA is leading the development of the property and will operate it under the Novotel brand, combining Accor's global standards with local know-how. The hotel is scheduled to open in April 2027.
With Mercure Tirana already in operation, Novotel Tirana Centre gives IONA two Accor hotels in the capital, serving business, conference and leisure travellers.
