Who we are
This website is run by IONA, the group behind IONA Experience and IONA Hospitality. The companies behind it are listed in the imprint.
What we collect
When you write to us by email or through a form, we receive your name, your email address, any company or phone details you give, and your message. The enquiry form for travel agencies and tour operators on the For partners page also asks for your company, country, the kind of trip you are planning, group size and preferred dates. The website does not ask you to create an account.
Why we use it
We use this information to answer your enquiry and to pass it to the IONA team that can help. We do not use it for anything else without telling you first.
Who sees it
Your message goes to the relevant IONA business: IONA Experience for travel and agency enquiries, IONA Hospitality for hotel enquiries. Service providers that host this site or deliver email and the messages sent through its forms may handle it on our behalf.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry for as long as it takes to deal with it and for any reasonable follow-up, then we delete it.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can object to how we use it. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.
