Operator of the Accor hotels in Albania
IONA Hospitality develops, leases, franchises and operates hotels to international standards. It is the management company of the franchised Accor hotels in Albania: it runs Mercure Tirana today and will open Novotel Tirana Centre in April 2027 and Swissôtel Qerret in 2028. It also runs Fllad Resort & Spa in Golem, Perandor Beach & Family in Durrës and Merko Hotel in Berat, and develops senior-care and assisted-living residences.
